We are incredibly excited to release the Form Components GT splitter for the BMW M3 (E46). We have spent countless hours researching, designing, prototyping, and testing. But now, we have this, and we are incredibly proud.
FOG DUCTS
The Form Components BMW M3 (E46) Fog Deletes completely remove the factory fog lights, adding what we think is the perfect ducting to incorporate a 63mm brake cooling hose* discretely, preventing your brakes from the dreaded brake fade due to high temps. Alternatively, these create a subtle yet bold improvement over the factory front-end - this is exactly how we think BMW should have designed the E46 M3, but we are biased...
We asked and you responded - these are both FRP constructed products, supplied unpainted in a gloss black gel coat finish. The splitter utilises existing factory fixing points on the underside of the bumper while the fog delete simply mount in the original fog light section of the bumper. This splitter is completely solid and incredibly strong, manufactured to the same standard as tried and tested British Touring Car parts.
INSTALLATION
We highly recommended that this product is fitted by a professional body shop to ensure the best possible fitment. For best results, remove the bumper and use a strong adhesive like Tiger Seal to secure everything together, allowing this to set for 24 hours. Once set, use screws on the underside of the splitter before then re-mounting back on to your vehicle. For the fog deletes, we advise utilising a thick foam double-sided tape to ensure this products remain strong and secure.
All splitters are quality checked prior to dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction and will be shipped boxed to reduce the possibility of damage being caused during transit.
*Please note, hoses and clamps are not provided, this item is only for a pair of fog ducts.
